Thorough Medical Care with Attention to Detail
Our staff are encouraged to approach our patients with a commitment to keeping the patient well, promoting health, and resolving any medical complaints brought to them. At North Providence Primary Care, we will NOT act as a phone directory, and refer you when the medical issue is diagnosed and a treatment plan needs to be discussed with the specialist.
Access
Our offices are all interrelated through our EMR which helps link the primary care offices tour urgent care offices, allowing a patient to have greater latitude in accessing our offices geographically through North Providence or Coventry or temporally by after hours, holidays or weekends. Our urgent care is open 363 days out of the year and most major holidays.
Success Rates
The focus of our primary care office is in Primary Care with emphasis on preventive medicine. Dr Farina actually completed one of the few residencies in the country devoted to primary care at the Memorial Hospital/ Brown University. It is well understood that primary care and healthcare devoted to such has better medical outcomes.
Insurance Participation
Our offices participate in over 250 healthcare insurance plans. We are aware of the changing faces of health insurance and the significant flux in a patient’s life when it comes to healthcare insurance. By participating in so many health insurances, this will take a burden from the patient, knowing they do not have to change their doctor because their insurance has changed.
Family Atmosphere
Our offices are designed to make you feel relaxed and comfortable through our spa like design aesthetics, but also by the way you as a patient will be dealt with by the staff and providers, as a person not a number. We are geared to provide the best service while instilling confidence that you as a patient entrusting your care to us , is a privilege that you bestow and is not taken lightly.
Broad Referral Network
Through our years of clinical practice, we have developed significant long term relationships with subspecialty doctors that have shown exemplary service to our patients. These relationships that we forged has allowed us to gain quicker access for our patients.
State of the Art Facility
We have spared no expense in the production of the facility or the equipment that lies within. We have attempted to offer complete services to our patients for the convenience and also in providing a total care to our patients.
